I scheduled an service appointment to change the oil and rotate the tires. After over two hours I was told that it would be another ten minutes. I asked the advisor if it typically took that long and she said yes it took any where from one and a half to two hours. I have never in all the years I’ve own cars have this service taken this long. It actually took two and a half hours. The service advisor was very helpful but there reason why it should take that long.

Dropped our diesel truck off for a check for the engine light being on, oil change and inspection on 12/17/2024. I recently brought my car into this service center for a simple check engine light diagnostic, and the experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. They lied every step of the way, from start to finish:
1. Deceptive Scheduling: They misrepresented the timeline just to get me in the door.

Very dishonest and unprofessional. We check on the availability of a car and was advised by the sale associate that the car was available. My daughter an I drove almost one hour and I missed a meeting to drive to purchase the car. We said that we wanted to make the purchase and started the paperwork.
